Salad with Peanut and Coconut
Ingredients
1. 3 large tomatoes
2. 1 cup peanuts coarsely ground and roasted
3. ½ cup freshly grated coconut
4. ½ cup chopped coriander
5. Sugar to taste
6. Salt to taste
7. 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1.Chop
the tomatoes into medium size pieces.
2.Mix all the ingredients and serve.
