1. 4 medium cucumbers
2. Sauce
3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
4. 1 half teaspoons sugar
5. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
6. 1-tablespoon fruit vinegar
7. 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions
1.Peel
the cucumbers and cut in half lengthwise.
2.Remove and discard the seeds.
3.Cut the cucumbers crosswise into half-inch slices.
4.In a wide mouth bottle with a tight fitting lid combine the
sauce ingredients and shake until thoroughly blended.
5.Pour over the slices of cucumber and toss just before serving.
6.Serve cold
