Ingredients
|

1. ½ kg mutton cubes
2. 4 tablespoons oil
3. 1 chopped onion
4. 1-inch ginger root
5. 5-garlic cloves
6. 1/2-teaspoon turmeric powder
7. 1-teaspoon coriander powder
8. 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin powder
9. 2 chopped green chilies
10. ½ kg tomatoes
11. 3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
12. Salt to taste

Instructions

Heat oils in a deep-bottomed pan
and fries the onions till golden brown. |

Add ginger, garlic, turmeric
powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped meat and
salt. |

Cover and cook on a medium flame
for about 10-12 minutes. |
| 4. |
Add the chopped chilies,
tomatoes and coriander leaves, mix well. |
| 5. |
Cover and cook on a medium flame
for about 50 minutes or until the meat is tender |
