Roshan Pakistan : Cook Book : Chicken with egg

Ingredients

1.  1 kg. Chicken (pieces)
2.   1 tbsp. Ginger (paste)
3.   1 tbsp. Garlic (paste)
4.   ½ tsp. Cumin Seeds
5.   1 tsp. Black Pepper
6.   2 nos. Egg
7.   5 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
8.   ¼ cup fresh Coriander
9.   Salt to taste

Instructions

1.	Clean and wash chicken and set aside.
2.	In pan heat oil, add cumin seeds.
3.	After a while add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 5 minutes.
4.	Then add to it chicken and salt and cook on low flame till the chicken becomes tender.
5.	Add 1/4 cup water if required.
6.	When chicken is done sprinkle black pepper powder and mix well.
7.	Lastly beat 2 eggs and add to chicken and stir till the egg in it is cooked well.
